Thank you for visiting Amazon Photo Editing. By visiting, getting services, or trying any of our services, you (“you,” “client,” or “seller”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). We’ve written them below. 

Binding Agreement: By using our Site or services, you accept these Terms and user guidelines. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Age & Authority: You confirm you’re at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any business you represent.

1. Services We Offer

1.1 We provide digital photo‑editing services required for Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces.

1.2 Final files are delivered in digital formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD) via secure download links.

1.3 We do not offer printing, physical delivery, or on‑site photography.

2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 Quotes & Acceptance

A quote is valid for 14 calendar days or according to the agreement. Your written approval such as email or order‑form submission will be considered as forms of a binding contract.

2.2 File Submission

You’re responsible for supplying images, instructions, and reference files. Uploads must not violate copyright, trademark, or Amazon policies.

2.3 Fees & Invoices

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in advance via the checkout gateway or net‑7 for approved corporate accounts. Regular customers might be eligible for monthly payment. 

2.4 Taxes

You are liable for any VAT, GST, sales tax, or withholding tax required in your jurisdiction.

3. Turnaround & Revisions

3.1 Standard Delivery

Typical turnaround is within 24-72 hours. Larger orders will include an agreed delivery schedule.

3.2 Rush Service

Need it faster? Express options, 6‑hour, 12‑hour, and 18‑hour options are available at an additional fee.

3.3 Free Revisions

We offer minor revisions per image within 7 days of delivery. Major scope changes such as new backgrounds, angle swaps may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Assets

You retain ownership of all original images you supply.

4.2 Our Output

Upon full payment, we assign to you the edited files and any derivative rights. We reserve the right to showcase before‑and‑after samples in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

4.3 Third‑Party Rights

You warrant that your content does not infringe any third‑party IP. You’ll indemnify us against claims arising from materials you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload or request edits for images that are illegal, obscene, or violate Amazon’s Restricted Products policy. We may refuse or cancel any order at our decision.

6. Confidentiality & Data Security

We treat your files as confidential and employ encryption in transit and at rest. Files are auto‑deleted 60 days after order completion unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

7.1 We warrant that our edits will meet the technical requirements you approve.

7.2 We do not guarantee sales increases, Amazon ranking, or compliance outcomes if you alter the delivered images.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as lost profits, lost data, etc..

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own legal fees.

10. Changes to These Terms

Amazon Photo Editing has the right to update these Terms at any time if we feel required. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means the acceptance.
